Service Description
As an agency, it is important for you to understand your helper's capabilities and depth of knowledge before deploying her out to employer's home. Our 60 point assessment system will assess the helper's capabilities in domestic cleaning, kitchen hygiene, operating electrical appliances, time management, having the correct mindset, laundry and ironing, safe practices at home, childcare or eldercare (depending on her employer's requirement). Upon completion of assessment record, a summary of the record with helper strengths and weaknesses will be given to agency. With this assessment i Agency can then be better assured of the quality of supply they are getting from the source country.

Cancellation Policy
In any case of cancellation by agency: - Cancellation notice: 5 or more working days – rearrangement of training slots without additional chargers - Cancellation notice: less than 5 but at least 3 working days – rearrangement of training slots with additional 50% of the course fee - Cancellation notice: ‘No shows’/less than 3 working days – rearrangement of training slots with additional 100% of the course fee. - Cancellation due to medical reasons shall not occur any additional chargers for rearrangement provided the trainee can substantiate the medical condition with a letter/memo from a certified doctor in Singapore.
