In Domestic Worker Program, we touch on the below mentioned areas : • Simple english • Interpersonal Effectiveness • Basic Communication • House hold service etiquette • Self discipline and management • Country and culture • Singapore home and family • Methods of cleaning around the house • Laundry Care In Child Care, we touch on the below mentioned areas : • Providing care and support for child. • Providing care and support for child. • Safety precautions for child • Feeding babies at different stages. • Overcoming temperamental behaviors of a child. • Growing up with the child’s motor skills. • Making baby sleep. • Medication administration for child

Cancellation Policy
In any case of cancellation by agency: - Cancellation notice: 5 or more working days – rearrangement of training slots without additional chargers - Cancellation notice: less than 5 but at least 3 working days – rearrangement of training slots with additional 50% of the course fee - Cancellation notice: ‘No shows’/less than 3 working days – rearrangement of training slots with additional 100% of the course fee. - Cancellation due to medical reasons shall not occur any additional chargers for rearrangement provided the trainee can substantiate the medical condition with a letter/memo from a certified doctor in Singapore.
