Service Description
In Elder Care, we touch on the below mentioned areas : • Understanding the patient’s medical condition. • Realising the weak side of the patient. • The needs of the patient. • Maintaining the correct body posture while transferring. • Looking out for obstruction while transferring, walking or shifting elderly • Monitoring the vital signs and the bruises in patient. • Recording the unusual habits, intake and output and any other changes in patient for medical examination.

Cancellation Policy
In any case of cancellation by agency: - Cancellation notice: 5 or more working days – rearrangement of training slots without additional chargers - Cancellation notice: less than 5 but at least 3 working days – rearrangement of training slots with additional 50% of the course fee - Cancellation notice: ‘No shows’/less than 3 working days – rearrangement of training slots with additional 100% of the course fee. - Cancellation due to medical reasons shall not occur any additional chargers for rearrangement provided the trainee can substantiate the medical condition with a letter/memo from a certified doctor in Singapore.
